Brain Supplements: Do They categorically Work?

Lately, I had been suffering from severe memory loss, negative thoughts, verbal difficulties and stress. I wondered whether the years of drinking had done it, or whether it was pregnesia (pregnancy induced amnesia). I decided that since I was becoming older, and because I wanted to avoid Alzheimers at all cost that I would try some different products.

I tried drinking a matcha green tea vigor drink. It worked maybe as a placebo effect would to help my memory, but then it ceased to work. I tried a consolidate different types of caffeinated capsules. They gave me some vigor and taking them became somewhat habitual until I decided to stop the madness... However, none of these self-induced treatments really did anything for me.

I decided to read online articles and books and chose to give Gingko Biloba an additional one whirl. A 100% Ginko Biloba capsule in the past had given me momentary memory black outs so this time I tried an vigor vitamin that had Ginko Biloba in it. Still, really no big deal, although many doctors swear that Gingko Biloba is it.

I then tried a advice from a friend, a nutraceutical called Piracetam. It did nothing at first, but then it seemed to give me focus and gave me a lot of confidence. It took away my negative thoughts and verbal difficulties and stress. I started taking a lot of it, and finally decided that I should stop the habitual act because the increased dosage gave me anxiety and really enhanced my verbal difficulties.. The reaction from stopping it was that I got a small sweaty but widespread even quitting was not a bad experience. After stopping Piracetam, I decided that I wanted to take it again but in smaller doses on a once a week basis, and this worked well; except for the fact Piracetam makes some habitancy (like me) tired.

Since Piracetam by itself did not work as well for me as I idea it had,, I tried a stock called Mind Boost made by Mastermind Supplements (see resource below) which was recommended to me. Mind Boost was exactly that. It contains Piracetam and Choline which I was told work well together because they equilibrium the acetylcholine in the brain. Mind Boost really helped my brain work better, and the caffeine in it offset the sleepiness I felt after taking Piracetam. I thought, this is an exquisite choice. Again, being the neo-purist I am, I take it on occasion. I also take an additional one stock called Mind issue that the business makes. It takes away accumulated stress in a flash and I love to take it before bed-time; though it's said to be habitual so I limit myself to taking it two to three times a week. On the other days I take melatonin because according to doctors, caffeine while the day interrupts with the brain's natural sleep patterns.

I now don't have the worry that I am finally going to get Alzheimers and be a burden for my family. I take supplements that help me, and all is well. If you want to read reviews about ingredients that go into supplements, check out the Supplement News area in the Get Slim and More resource below and look under the supplement news category. Before taking any supplements, be sure to consult your health care practitioner first. This report is for you to enjoy and learn from and understand that after you get the go-ahead, this may be an alternative medicine that could work for you. Again, every person is different, but I'm glad that I found something for me.
